Error 404 listing recurrent events

I’m having problems with the plugin when I want to display all recurring events (ALL option) of an event in the event calendar.

Before opening this ticket, I followed all the steps described in your help about 404 errors, deactivating all the plugins except THE EVENTS CALENDAR, THE EVENTS CALENDAR PRO and EVENTS TICKETS. Even so, the problem continues only with the theme FOURTEEN SIXTEEN and EVENTS CALENDAR activated.
In the images you can see that I also receive an error in the help page of the plugin, and I see that it can be executed, written, read in the TMP directory of my hosting (775)

In addition, even though I try to have a version in SPANISH, texts continue to appear in ENGLISH, as you can see in the images.

can anybody help me?
