Entering events for multiple days

    THIS IS NOT A PRE SALES QUESTION. I AM A PAID “PRO” USER, but I do not have an account name or password. The account is under my developer’s name.

    When I enter events that run for several days, and set the software to the date the event ends, the event continues on the calendar for 2-3 days after it actually ends. Why is that? What do I do to fix that?

    We’re definitely happy to help here. But first, will you please log in and post to the PRO support forum? If you don’t know your password, you can do a password reset. The email will go to the address on the account, which sounds like it will be the email address of your developer.

    In the meantime, I would suggest checking your date cutoff settings in Events > Settings and making sure the cutoff time is set to 12:00am. Also, do a double-check to make sure the event was not inadvertently set up as a recurring event.
