On my Site im using EDD Tickets. Everything is German except for the “Add to Cart” Button from EDD Tickets and some Error Messages. How can i change the language of the EDD Tickets to german?thanks

Thanks for posting. The “Add to Cart” button and many of the error messages are actually controlled by the Easy Digital Downloads plugin. They may not have a German translation, or it may be incomplete. I recommend that you get in touch with their support team and ask about this, since their plugin is the one that would effect those language strings. They should be able to get you all set 😀

Im not quite sure about that. In the German Translation of EDD Tickets ill see a string called “Add to Cart”. Are you sure this is a Easy Digital Downloads Plugin problem? We already looked into theyre Translation and it works everything fine there.Or could it may be a Problem that our plugin is in english and not in german?

Thanks for the notes. You were totally right- I took another look and the translation is on our side, but it wasn’t working properly. It turns out there was a problem with the name of the translation files which was causing part of it not to show properly in English.
If you go to the /lang file for EDD Tickets and change the name of the de_DE files from eddtickets-de_DE.po & eddtickets-de_DE.mo to tribe-eddtickets-de_DE.po & tribe-eddtickets-de_DE.mo it should start working. This change will also be included in the next maintenance release of the plugin. Thank you so much for catching it!

Great, I’m glad to hear that worked!
I’m not sure, but I suspect that any error messages are on EDD’s side. If you can show me the error message I can double check on that for you.
