End Date being Ignored on iCal Import

The events import fine. However, the event end date is being ignored/isn’t being used on each event that is created. The start date works, however, there is no end date / It’s the exact same as the start date. Any thoughts?

I entered that snippet into this iCal Validator, and it did not validate.
