Enable Event Coordinator to Publish Events

    I have been using the Adminimize plugin to change the user roles and it’s been working so far, but even though I have enabled all of the publishing check boxes that I can find, it still will not let the Event Coordinator publish the events. She can only submit for review. Any idea how I can make that happen?

    This is what I have enabled from the list:
    Publish ai1ec events
    Publish events
    Publish locations
    Publish recurring events
    Publish tribe events

    I just received a reply for Adminimize support and they said their plugin can only hide capabilities from user roles, not create them. They suggested talking to you guys. Can this be done on the Event Calendar side?

    You might have to use a plugin such as User Role Editor to add the capabilities to a specific role:
