    I have the same issue of an empty month view, and when I try to do the hot fix (update my Events Calendar PRO), I see a message that I’m “out of installs.” I followed the links provided by Modern Tribe in the help section to find my license key history and what domains they might be on, but there is no information there. I have the latest WP version. The URL that automatically pops up is DesignForSite.com, which is our web designer, not the website he designed for us: benjaminrushinstitute.org.

    I am not a web expert, so I have not deactivated anything as this is our live site and I don’t want to blow it up.

    Also, can you please explain how to “set your reply as private?” I can’t see any place to do that: “Need to share a file or image? Simply drag and drop any files you wish to share below. … files with the world then please be sure to set your reply as private.”

    Hi Charlotte,

    Thanks for reaching out and sorry about this issue you are having.

    We have released a fix for this bug and should be resolved if you update The Events Calendar to the most recent 4.5.13 version. You should be able to do that without any license key.

    As for the license key issue with Events Calendar Pro, I believe you will need to move your license key; this article should help you with that.

    You will be able to set your replies private as of now. The opening post of a thread cannot be made private, but the follow-ups already can.
