ParticipantI’m using feedwordpress to grab events from an rss feed. I’ve confirmed that the events are populated (seemingly properly) within the posts table with post_type=’tribe_events’ and all expected detail. When I select the ‘Events’ page in the wp admin panel, though, the list shows ‘No Events Found’. Strangely, the All/Published/Scheduled counts at the top of the Events page reflect the correct number of events that should be showing.
I’ve confirmed that the events do not show in the /events calendar. Manually added events show correctly in both the admin panel and in the calendar.

MemberOK, so to summarize this is only an issue with regards to the custom-imported events?
(Using a service like Pastebin/Gist etc rather than posting directly here) would you be able to share some rows of sample data that would let us see some of those imported events as they look in the posts table?
Thanks!

ParticipantThe only difference I can see between the manually created event and the feedwordpress-derived ones is with the format of the guid.
Manual event guid: http://mysite.com/?post_type=tribe_events&p=3757
feedwordpress guid: http://mysite.com/?guid=23deb0371778f7d2826aefd3bc435e8bOctober 16, 2013 at 2:29 pm #71378jrestivo

MemberAnd are the expected post meta entries all in order for these custom imported events?

MemberYep so not all of the expected _Event* entries appear to be present – so assuming you can derive the necessary information to create those from what’s available in the source feed you should be good.
We do very much seem to be in custom development terrain here though and so I’ll go ahead and close this thread – but it definitely sounds like an interesting project and we wish you luck 🙂
Thanks!
