    Good days, since I updated the Events Calendar Plugin to version 4.6.11 the events of my calendar published on my website have disappeared. I had to restore an earlier version of this plugin in order to fix it. Do you know what is due?

    Hi Fernando,

    We are unfortunately unable to provide support through our Pre-Sales forum channel.

    If you have a PRO license, you can log into your account and get assistance through the PRO forums. If you need to reset your password, you can do so here. This will send an email to the account used when you initially registered for the support forums.

    In the future, if you don’t have a license, then you can head over to The Events Calendar WordPress.org support forums for assistance and answers.

    We have already identified the source of this bug and are already working on a quick resolution.

    Until then the solution is to roll back to the previous versions, as you already did:

    Hang in there, the fix should be coming very soon!

    Hi Fernando,

    Yes, that is right, it is likely an issue with the update.

    We have pushed a hotfix on TEC last Friday to fix this issue. Please update the plugins and check if that solves it. Would be happy to hear the results.
