ParticipantDear staff,
I have several time a problem coming from the ticket. I receive an error every time I want to update the end sale date.
The error is concerning the start date:
“Start sale date cannot be greater than End Sale date”but my start date is 01.06.2018 and the end date is 16.06.2018
Coul’d you help please?

I’m sorry to hear that you’re having issues with the ticket sales dates. I will try to help you get this sorted.
Can you tell me what you have set for Events > Settings > Display > “Datepicker Date Format”? Is it possible that what you have selected here has the month and day switched from what you are expecting?

I tried to replicate this on my end, and unable to. When using the datepicker for the end date, it does not even allow me to choose a date earlier than the start date. If I manually try to edit the end date in the field to something earlier, it just sets it to the same as the start date, and shows no errors.
Can you please upload a screenshot of both your “datepicker date format” setting and the “advanced” fields for the ticket showing the error that you’re seeing?

Sorry for the delay as I do not work full time on our website. I tried to upload a file PDF with the print screen of my configuration bu your server refused to upload it.
message : you can’t upload files of this type.
But I tried on a next event to play with diffrent dates and it’s look ok now. Did you updated the plugin?

There were updates to the Events Tickets plugins about two weeks ago. Are you running the latest versions?
