Embedded Google Maps box not functioning

I’ve searched around and can’t seem to find a question in line with what’s going on with our site. We’ve enabled the map in the backend settings, in each of the venue pages, and on the individual events. All we’re getting is a gray box in place of where the map should be. If I revert to the the 2014 theme, I can get it to work, so I guess I just don’t know what could possibly be the conflict with the current theme. Any ideas on how to fix this? Thanks!

Thanks for using our plugins. I can help troubleshoot this with you.

Do you have link you can send for your site so I can take a look?

Also, do you have any map plugins or coding to load google maps? Usually having coding that creates google maps in addition to our plugins can cause the maps to break as the Google Map API gets loaded twice.
