    Hi there,

    I would like to know:

    1. Whether I can automate reminder emails and set up additional details emails in advance to go out to the attendee closer to the event.

    2. How do the emails get collected from purchasers in Event Tickets Plus? Can I download them directly into Mailchimp (or another email provider)? Can I download them into Nimble or a g-suite account? Is this automated?

    3. Can I download a printable attendee list, and can I control which fields I print on there, eg email, payment details?

    4. Is there a check in app or only the back end of the ticketing system which does not look too robust?

    Hi Jenni,

Thanks so much for stopping by and checking out our plugins! I’d be more than glad to try and answer your questions here! 🙂

    1. While this functionality is not provided with any of our plugins out-of-the-box, this is something that would certainly be achievable with some degree of customization. This forum post provides some more information courtesy of a user who had this feature developed for their site, and it may be helpful to you if you’re interested in the same! https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/short-term-solution-for-event-reminder-emails/
    2. An email address is required for all RSVPs or ticket purchases made using Event Tickets or Event Tickets Plus. This information is added into your attendees list once a user has registered for an event, and you can easily export this data to CSV format if you’d like to feed it into an external application.
    3. Attendee information can be printed, emailed, or exported to CSV from your attendees lists in the WordPress admin. Unfortunately, we don’t offer a way to customize the printed output at this time–you may wish to export your attendees to a CSV file and make your changes there before printing.
    4. I’m afraid that we don’t offer a standalone application for checking in event attendees at this time. If you’re interested in seeing this feature brought to our plugins in the future, we have an existing feature suggestion for this idea in our UserVoice forum, and we’d be glad to receive your vote or comments! 🙂 https://tribe.uservoice.com/forums/195723-feature-ideas/suggestions/11304501-develop-an-android-and-ios-app-for-qr-code-scannin

I hope that helps to get you started here! Thanks again for your interest, and let us know if you should have any other questions!

Hey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.

    Thanks so much!
