    Hello,

    I want to ask how the email looks then a customer have bought an ticket ?

    Is there an image, barcode/qr code on the email template?

    Can I see a email template?

    Hi Peter,

    By default, there are no images or QR codes added to the ticket emails. Here’s a screenshot of a default ticket email for reference → https://cloudup.com/c4U-alkJ7Br

    Thanks for the information.

    Is it possible to add some kind of “Ticket image” on the email file ?

    Is it possible to edit the email template file ?

    I thought if it was possible to change the Security Code to a QR code with google chart api

    Hey Helgi,

    It is indeed possible to customize how tickets look, you can customize the ticket files in the same ways that are described for other template files in our Themer’s Guide here → http://tri.be/support/documentation/events-calendar-themers-guide/

    These things are possible, like adding QR codes, but they’re things you’d have to custom-code yourself or hire a developer to build for you.
