I’ve read that automated email reminders are coming soon, but that was May 2016. Is there any update on this feature?

Thank you for reaching out to us.

To make a long story short, this one is still at the very top of our new features list.
We have been able to tackle quite a few new features since May 2016, but did not get to this one yet.

The good news is that we are getting real close to start work on it.

 

Alas, I cannot guarantee when it will be released, as it’s in the development team’s hands now.
They need to assign it, code it, test it, and schedule it for release.

The good news is that you will be contacted as soon as it is available.
