email reminders for events ticket pro and a convertkit question

Hi there,
I saw a post from April that this feature was in the hands of the dev team now for testing etc. Any ETA on when it will be rolled out. Unfortunately, it’s a deal breaker for me and preventing us from switching to ETP until this feature is available.

I also have a question about the woocommerce integration. I am hoping that by using Events Tickets Pro that we will be able to tag and add our registrants automatically to Convertkit. (https://convertkit.com/woocommerce/) Does your plugin support that?

Thanks for reaching out! While you’re correct in that built-in reminder emails are still in the works for a future Event Tickets Plus feature release, I’m afraid that I don’t have any more information on a release date to share at this time. I’m sorry to disappoint. 🙁 If you’re interested in moving to Event Tickets Plus for your events and require an immediate solution, you might consider the Follow Ups extension for WooCommerce, which adds powerful emailing capabilities to your WooCommerce setup and should work great for tickets sold using the Woo platform. 🙂

Regarding potential ConvertKit compatibility, we don’t have any specific features for this product built into our plugins at present. However, you may be able to use the attendee export functionality of Event Tickets/Event Tickets Plus to create a CSV of your attendees, then feed this data into ConvertKit.
