Email organizer notification once event is approved/published

    Is there a way to email an organizer once their event has been published? I would like to send them an email with this message along with a link to their event to edit, review, etc. Or just to the published event page itself with instructions on how to edit their info.

    Hi Andrea, thanks for getting in touch!

    We currently don’t support a way for organizers to receive notifications for the events they submit using the Community form. Right now, the only notifications that can be enabled are for site administrators under Events > Settings > Community> Alerts.

    I can see how that would be a handy feature and would encourage you to suggest it on our UserVoice page. We look there for popular ideas when considering new featured to add to future releases.

    Sorry I don’t have a concrete solution to give you, but does that help answer your question?
