If a customer lost his ticket – which was sent by email – what could he do? I mean, using woocommerce + events calendar + event tickets plus I can’t see the ticket when I go to “My account”.
The only thing I can see is a kind of receipt, but not the ticket itself (with the QR code).
Good question! You can edit the customer’s order in WooCommerce > Orders. When in this screen, you can change the billing details for the customer, save the changes, and more importantly for you, you can resend the ticket in the Order Actions box (top right of the screen).
