Email Notifications/RSVP

Hi, I’ve looked around the forums and not sure I found an answer… I’d like an email notification when someone RSVPs for an event with a free ticket (I only have free tickets available.). I used the Event Tickets Extension: Additional Email Options

I also have Event Calendar Pro and Event Tickets on there.

The extension is telling me I need to buy Event Tickets PLUS, but another forum post made it seem like I wouldn’t have to.
Any help would be much appreciated

Hi Jameson,

Thanks for getting in touch, and I’m sorry for the confusion here! At the moment, notifications for ticket reservations are only supported through our premium ticketing plugin, Event Tickets Plus. However, you may be able to set up some type of notification system using a third-party plugin in tandem with Event Tickets. This forum post provides a bit more information on how to set up notifications for free RSVPs!
