    Hi,

    I have the Community Events plugin installed and the email alerts turned on. Several people have submitted their events, however I have not received email notifications on any of them. I have logged off and tested this myself several times – still no notifications. I even disabled all the other plugins except for the Event Calendar and the Community Events, and restored to the 2015 theme and tested again. Still no notifications received.

    I have posted the system information below. I had to restore the Divi theme because the site is live, and is broken with the 2015 theme. The system info below is with the other plugins de-activated. I am going to activate them now.

    Hi,

    Sorry for the issues you are having. I can help out here.

    Do you have another form or something like that on your site that notifies you that is not Event Calendar related that you can test to see if that works?

    If not can you try to see if the Password Reset email gets sent to you from the login screen?

    Let me know and we can go from here.
