    Hi there,

I want to use this plugin but my client wants to be able to change the wording in a few areas of the plugin.

Basically when it is in the list format and it says ‘Upcoming Events’, they want the word ‘Events’ to be replaces with ‘Meetings’. Basically there are 4 points that I can see. ‘Upcoming Events’, ‘Past Events’ titles and ‘Previous Events’ and ‘Next Events’ links that I can see.

I have see where to adjust the code in the plugin files but I would rather do that using a child theme.

    Is this possible?

    Thanks,

    Jack

    Hi Jack,

You should be able to do this without writing any custom code. Try using a free Extension we offer which adds settings to easily relable these terms → https://theeventscalendar.com/extensions/the-events-calendar-extension-relabeler/

    I hope that helps!
