Editing the front page

Hi! I want to add a few things to my front page but when I go to pages, and the front page . The Editor is blank. How do I edit the front page?

I wish I could answer this better for you. It looks like your theme is heavily customized to display data from our plugin. The front page looks sharp, but is not something we have control over. Can you check in with your theme developer to determine how to best edit that page?
