Editing Single Event Page

As 90% of our events are in-house, I would like to see about removing most of the information at the top of the event page (Category, Organizer, Schedule, etc.)

Is there a way to do this?

I tried to locate the pages under Appearance > Editor, but didn’t see any pages associated with Event Calendar Pro.
