ParticipantHello,
I am creating a new site with event calendar pro and event ticket plus.
I have added some questions to the tickets but when you go back in there is no option to edit the questions – ive tried with Jupiter and Twentyseventeen themes – see https://www.screencast.com/t/EgIillta2

KeymasterHi Jason,
This is unfortunately a known issue that we are working on getting resolved. In the meantime, we do have a workaround.
Following the instructions in our themer’s guide, you can do a template override of the orders-edit-meta.php template found at wp-content/plugins/event-tickets-plus/src/views/tickets-plus. You’ll want to paste this code into your copy.
I’m sorry for the inconvenience, but I hope this helps get things up and running until we can release a fix. I linked this thread to our internal ticket for this issue – as soon as we have an update, we’ll let you know here.
Thanks,
Jennifer

ParticipantThat is working thank you.
I am doing some development on top of your plugin.
Basically I am asking Attendees to enter their email address, I am then hooking into woocommerce_thankyou and creating a WordPress login for each delegate (see this screenshot for the workings so far https://www.screencast.com/t/PN1l3YFek ) – when the delegate logs in I need them to be able to complete these additional questions themselvs, do you know how I would make the system show the Atendeee options for these new users that I have created?
Thanks
Jason

KeymasterHi Jason,
I’m glad the workaround is helping!
Unfortunately customizations like this are outside the scope of support that we are able to provide here in the forums, but I will run this question by one of our developers to see if there is anything he can recommend to get you started.

ParticipantThanks I understand its down to me with the devleopment but a point in the right direction would be really useful.
Basically I could do with knowing how the system links an order to the user that places it – I think that would be enough for me to figure the rest out 🙂
Thanks
Jason

KeymasterHey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.
Thanks so much!
