I have a question about the attendee being able to edit the additional meta fields.

I created an event with two additional meta fields (name and age). I purchased a ticket (it asked me the questions), I can also see the additional information under the event’s attendee list.

When I (as the attendee) go to the event and click on “View your Tickets” all I see is the event title, date and time with a button that says “Update Tickets”. When I click on that nothing happens.

Should I be able to edit the meta data there? I am just curious if I am missing something?

    Hey @danfeeley,

I tested this and was also not able to edit fields; this worked while writing tutorials about the features, but now does not, so perhaps we’ve let a major bug slip through in packaging or something!

So sorry for the trouble—it’s late on a Friday, but I am pinging our developers and have made a priority-1 bug ticket for this so we can figure out what’s going on.

    Sincerely,
    George

    Hey there,

Just want to drop a quick note in here to let you know that Event Tickets Plus 4.2.1 is about to release any moment and it will include a patch for this issue. Please update and let us know if you continue to hit any trouble.

Thanks so much for your patience while we worked on this!

    Cheers,
    Geoff
