ParticipantHello! We are building a new site to replace our old site, and I’m wanting to add some text to the bottom of the tickets email. (We use Events Calendar Pro and Event Tickets Plus on both sites).
The OLD/current site has an “email settings” area under the EVENTS options in the side bar. But the NEW site does not have such an option. I’ve included screenshots to show both, as well as an example of where we want to add text to the emails (in the way we’re able to do it with the OLD/current site).

ParticipantThis is a thread I’ll be watching. I’ve recently purchased Tickets Plus and I’m running Std Events Calendar. I expected some options to edit the email content (like your old site) when I purchased TP but do not have that option. I was disappointed and had to manually copy the ticket email.php file to a folder in my child theme then manually edit the content – not exactly user friendly for a basic WP user. Are you saying that in an earlier version there is an option in the WP backend to edit the email content via the user interface but this is missing in newer versions?

Event Tickets Plus does not have a built-in option to customize the ticket emails. However, you can customize it by using one of the methods described in our themer’s guide > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/themers-guide/
The Email Settings menu you see in your previous site may be something coming from a third party plugin or customization.
