    Hi,

Im trying to make it so that the ticket list is divided into two lists(dynamically preferred). What my initial plan was when a user come to the page they get to pick from two types of tickets and with the two types they can pick a single day event seperate or full event ticket. I just about gave up on figuring to do a variable product with a ticket but is there a way to split the list so that the tickets are displayed evenly on both sides. RIght now when i do a column count =2 on the wrapper it breaks off super un even. It is a custom theme but i have tried to keep all the files un obstructed.

    Hi @amf,

    Great question!

I do need to note that the amount of support we can provide for customization work does tend to be limited — but I’d be happy to point you in the right direction if I can 🙂

To start with, are you discussing the frontend ticket form that displays on single event pages and are you already set up with a custom template override for wootickets/tickets.php … or are you tackling something different?

(I just want to be sure I’m understanding you correctly in the first instance … to that end if you have any mock-ups of what you are trying to achieve that you can upload or link to that would be great.)

    Thanks!

Yes I am talking about the wootickets/tickets.php. I did quite a bit already but I’m not quite to where i want to be with it. Hopefully you can still see the link to where my progress is but I am providing a picture of basically how i would like the end product to be. And I would like for the form to appear one time whenever any of the options have been checked.

Sorry and those radio buttons are supposed to be checkboxes

    Looks like a nice end-goal!

Again, we can’t go into too much depth with this but I can at least highlight a possible “bear trap”.

By default a table is generated with one ticket per row. What might not be obvious is that extra (initially hidden) rows are used to accommodate the collection of additional attendee meta … I’m not sure if you use this functionality or not, however our code requires a very specific table layout for this.

If you do double on up on the number of tickets that display on each row this is definitely something to be mindful of (and if you happen to be using a third party developer to build out your proposed changes, it’s something to flag with them).

Good luck with the project 🙂

Hey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.

    Thanks so much!
