Edit Event Cost

Hey Guys,

In reference to this ticket:

Event Cost field has gone

Is there no way to edit an event cost that was submitted using the Community Events Submit Event page on the front end if I have a ticketing add-on activated (I have EDD tickets on the live site, but am migrating to the new event tickets and event tickets plus on my dev site prior to the move to production)?

I’ve cloned our site to dev to test for 4.0 and due to the bug causing php warning if ‘FREE’ was entered as the event cost I would like to edit those events to change ‘FREE’ to zero, but since I also use the tickets plugin the cost field is hidden.

So, I just wanted to see if there is any way to edit that field outside of delving in to the DB and finding the correct field.

Hi Matt,

I wanted to drop in here and thank you for your patience. We are experiencing a higher-than-usual support load and may not be able to answer threads as fast as possible. We are working hard to address threads as soon as we are able.

We have a snippet here that will re-add the Cost Field back to your admin event page. The PHP error issue is also something that we are actively working on fixing, and we should have a fix out an upcoming release. Thanks for your patience while we get that issue corrected!
