Edit customer order

    Is it possible to edit the custom attendee information after their order has been placed? We are currently using Events Tickets Plus for selling training courses (it works great) and are considering using extending it to other events.

    Thanks so much for reaching out!

    I’d recommend utilizing the third-party plugin User Switching in order to edit the attendee information, by switching to that user and doing so on the front end.

    Sorry you have me a bit confused. If i place an order as a customer (using a non-admin account), when I sign into my customer account I have no access to modify the attendee informtion I have entered into my order.

    How will switching to that user help me?

    Hi Michael,

    Customers can edit their own attendee information (and you can if you switch to the user) at http://www.your-site.com/event/event-name/tickets/
