Edit Attendee Info/Ticket Transfer

We are using Event Ticket Plus. One of our purchasers (who paid for 4 attendees to our event) needs to change one of the attendee names. How can we do this? I don’t find an option to edit the attendee profile or do a ticket transfer. Thank you.

Happy New Year! I hope you had a great holiday season and thank you for your purchase. If the user who purchased the tickets visits the event page, they should see a link where they can view and update their ticket information. (see screenshot below)

There is no time for admins to easily change this information, but it’s a feature we have on our radar. Please let me know if this helps answer your question and have a good evening. Cheers!

If you instruct the user to visit the event page where they initially purchased their tickets, they should see a block of text that reads, “You have 4 tickets for this event. View your tickets”. This links to a page where they can edit the attendee information.
