    Hello,

    I am using ETP with EDD for selling event tickets.
    When the payment process has not been completed, the payment says pending (awaiting review) but the global stock of tickets assigned to the event decreases. Visitors never come back to complete the pending order, they just start the process to buy a new ticket.

    How can I prevent this so that only completed purchases have impact on the stock?

    Sorry for the issue. However, this seems like an issue with EDD. I found an article that may assist you further with these time of pending order issues.

    Finally found the answer… It all comes down to which payment method the customer chooses. My payment provider told me that some banking methods complete payments next day. So thanks to Mollie for helping me out on this!
