EDD & ETP (EventTicketPlus): ticket prices seem to be not kept and displayed

I just bought TicketPlus.
Installation and activation went fine
Updated to the latest version
License key successfully inserted
All other modules are updated to the latest
I am able to add all relevant ticket information, including prices, etc.
Once stored, I get a green sign and a confirmation that tickets are stored
But prices and ticket informations are not visible, nor in update mode nor on the web-page
It is simply not there
There is also no button to “buy” the tickets, not even for free.

We can keep the conversation going in your other thread so I’ll go ahead and close this thread. As an additional question though that you can also respond to in the other thread, when looking at the downloads available within EDD, can you see your created tickets there?
