ECP changes sort order of other posts

Hello,

I’m using WordPress 4.6 running Incarantion theme, The Events Calendar 4.25 and ECP 4.24
The issue is a conflict with a plugin called WP Posts Pro by flippercode. It allows for custom lists of posts to be placed on pages.
I have been in contact with flippercode but they could not resolve it from their end

Everything works fine when ECP is disabled but when ECP is active the sort order of WP Posts Pro lists that are supposed to be descending are reversed back to ascending. Lists that are supposed to be ascending remain ascending. Any thoughts on how this could be worked around?

Can you please send me a copy of the WP Post PRO plugin (in a private reply)? So I can take a look at this on my test site. Also please let me know how you are using it so I can reproduce the issue as you are seeing it.
