ParticipantHi,
We can´t update the plugin.
– Valid license
– Activated for the site
– Everything looks Ok with the events UI
– Multisite. Currently, one site in the net.
– we are developing the net now.
– We have this message in the settings/help:

ParticipantHi there,
After deactivating all the plugins the problem persist.

ParticipantSorry to see this, Jon!
Thanks for your patience over the weekend.
It looks like you’re trying to update Events Calendar Pro while on a sub-site, but The Events Calendar is itself Network Activated.
What I would recommend is the following:
• Either make Events Calendar Pro Network Activated, or leave it sub-site activated but make The Events Calendar sub-site activated too.
• Then try again. Does anything improve?

KeymasterHey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.
Thanks so much!
