GuestHas any used events cal as a means to display and charge for vacation rentals?
A couple of things required…
allow the property owner to login and see bookings for their property. Possibly run a report on purchases.Take a deposit then charge the remainder 30 days before the event/rental.
This would be for just a few properties. Less than 100.
Thoughts?

Welcome to our Pre-Sales Questions channel and thank you for reaching out! I can’t think of any sites off the top of my head using our plugins to display and charge for rental properties, but I imagine it’s being done somewhere out there. You might want to check out our Showcase page to see if anything resembles what you’re looking for.
If you think of events as rentals in this scenario, you could theoretically create a rental for each property on the dates it’s available to rent. You would need The Events Calendar for this functionality. From there, you would need Event Tickets and Event Tickets Plus so you could charge a fee for each rental property booking.
An issue I can think of without going too deep is if you have a property available for 4 days, there is really no way for the customer to purchase a booking for 3 days, or any specific number of days for that matter. There might be some limitations which end up requiring additional plugins or custom code.
