E-Commerce Solution not displaying

Event Tickets Plus and Event Tickets already installed but just RSVP is available?

Hey @websource,

In your “System Information”, it doesn’t seem like there’s WooCommerce installed on your site or any other eCommerce plugin. Such a plugin is required for its corresponding ticketing option to be available.

I hope this makes sense – the long and short of it is that you’ll need to install WooCommerce to have a “paid” ticket type. WooCommerce is what will handle the actual payment collection and all that; our Tickets plugins just create the actual Ticket post type and all of its associated features and functions.

Thanks for your patience with my delayed response over the holidays here!

In regards to adding a small notice, this is something that should have displayed in our plugin…I’m not sure why the notice did not display. I will investigate the code for a bug here and make a bug report for our developers if I find one.

For now, I’ll close up this thread, but feel free to open a new thread any time if other issues arise.
