GuestI was looking to buy your premium multisite extension if it provides the following solution:
My clients have a lot of events that are exactly the same with small little changes. What he requires is a solution where he duplicates an existing event and starts off from there
I thought recurring events might be the solution but as a business, they want individual pages for all events. So they can track visitors and stuff. So yes the details will be the same but then these would be two different events pages.
One more thing that I require is my client want’s the organizers to be able to post their own events. What I was thinking maybe if we could have a role for Organizers in WordPress which have a capability to see a front-end form where they can create and post their own event and then the event goes to pending review for the admins on the WordPress Backend.
Any advice or lead for this?

KeymasterHi there,
Thanks for considering our products. Recurring events with create separate events so you would need Events Calendar Pro. You would need the Community Events as well if you need organizers to post and edit events.
Hope that helps.

GuestHi Brendan,
In the article: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/pro-recurring-events/
I wasn’t able to find anywhere where new events are created. I see I can only create multiple events from inside of one single event. Can you please guide me on how this will create multiple events on the front end?
Also, for community events is this a plugin I have to buy besides of the premium plugin?
We have a multisite of 7 websites and we’ll be needing the plugin on all websites. Which package do you think would be the most ideal?

KeymasterHi there,
Correct, you would go in and create a new event. Then in the admin section of that event is where you can setup your recurring event options. The community events is a separate plugin. Also, if you have a multisite, each site is considered a separate site if you use the subdomain route. If your multisite uses directories (ie: site.com/site1) then it would only need the one license.
If not then you would need to purchase an agency license which will handle up to 10 sites.
Hope that helps.
Thanks,

GuestHello Brendan,
So I guess I understood correctly, I cannot make two separate events here and track them individually through Google Analytics?

KeymasterHi there,
You could but you would have to create separate events and not a recurring event.
Thanks,

KeymasterHey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.
Thanks so much!
