    I have made duplicated orders and need someone to review my purchase, contact me and “take ownership” of this service request. I left a contact request over two weeks ago and did not even get a reply about the need to renew and upgrade and the duplicate order. Please. Now, this is urgent as my license keys will expire and if I do not know “which” license keys will be cancelled and refund this could cause a great deal of problems. Urgent! Please?
