URGENT – Duplicate Qty Options Mangling Firefox Ticket Display

Hi there,

I saw others are having this same problem. In the latest FF, I’m getting duplicate arrows appearing. The +/- of your plugin, and then up/down arrows in the text field (which makes the actual qty completely unreadable for any Firefox users). This problem also happens on the CART page (click “ADD TO CART” on the tickets and you’ll see what I mean).

This will create huge problems for the thousands of potential customers who are going to hit the page starting this week)

I saw in another ticket where you gave some custom CSS, but I tried that and it didn’t work for us. I included the URL below in the private area (since our tickets are not yet available to the public).

Appears to work OK in Chrome and IE, but not FF at all. I was in the final stages of testing, then moved to FF and saw this error. 🙁

We’re going live with these tickets in 24 hours…can you please help us get this fixed ASAP? This is very urgent.

Thanks for getting in touch and sorry to hear you’re having trouble here, but hopefully I can help. In my environment, I’m using the 2013 theme with the latest version of Firefox and not seeing this particular issue (screenshot). With that being said, a quick Google search turned up this article, which suggests adding the following to your CSS to disable the input spinners in Firefox:


input[type=number] {
-moz-appearance:textfield;
}


Give that a shot and see if that does the trick. Thanks! 🙂
