We have implemented this plugin on a site we are developing and we wanted to adjust the styling of some of the pages so copied the correct files across to an events folder, which works fine. However this seems to have broken the events list view in such a way that it is duplicating both the header and footer on this view. Removing the events folder and going back to the original files gives the same problem. Any ideas? The page in question is at http://www.stmichaelsbristol.org/calendar/upcoming/ however the grid view page looks fine at http://www.stmichaelsbristol.org/calendar

    Hi Ego Web Solutions,

I have no idea of knowing what could be wrong without knowing more about what you did and what files you put in the ‘events’ folder. Can you provide some more details about your customizations?

    Thanks,
    Jonah

The files in the events folder are: events.css, gridview.php, list.php and single.php. I’m not sure the customisations are overly relevant because this still seems to be an issue with the default theme too for some reason. We didn’t make any changes to the list view, we made layout amendments to the single view, but that shouldn’t effect the list view file?

Have you tried deactivating all other plugins? Sounds like there’s a conflict of sorts going on… What theme are you using? You say the default theme, do you mean Twenty Eleven?

It seemed to only break once we copied the files across to the events folder, so then we deleted those and it still seemed to be broken. Is it a looping problem? We haven’t installed any extra plugins between it working and breaking. By default theme i meant the default template for the pages, that still seems to show the problem.

    Hello Ego Web Solutions,

Can you help confirm for us that you have tried deactivating all the other plugins, as Jonah asked? Can you also try to revert to the Twenty Eleven theme to see if you still have this problem?

    Thanks!
