Not sure how this issue is still not fixed considering it’s a MAJOR bug in the plugin, but we’re wasting countless hours trying to get back to our original state.
We installed 3.5.2 – AND – the cleanup plugin found here – https://cloudup.com/cpSdj-kGDpf –
1) We installed 3.5.2 first. Then added the Cleanup Plugin. Is there a control panel / button related to the cleanup plugin? When installed, is it supposed to magically cleanup the events? Is there a trigger? How about some documentation that explains what to do once it’s activated? It definitely did not cleanup anything upon activation. There are hundreds of duplicates still and we cannot go through one-by-one to remove them.
2) All plugins are deactivated and theme is on TwentyFourteen
What should we do?
