ParticipantHello,
I am also having the same problem as Boris (who logged a support ticket with the same title on Aug 23, 2018).
I think this also started happening after a recent EC/ECP update. My problem seems to be the same; and I am using the Avada theme. I see there is a new EC plugin update available; I’m going to run after I back the site up, but wanted to get this ticket logged. See screenshots for what I see when trying to add Venue/Organizer. We have been using your calendar for many months now, so have a lot of Organizers and Venues (which we can see when we go to Events>Organizers or Events>Venues).I thought maybe the user roles had gotten corrupted so I even tried creating a new user role granting Administrator privileges, but that didn’t cause the dropdowns to become available either.
I cannot deactivate the Avada theme to test other themes doing so has ‘wrecked’ my site on two occasions; some setups always get destroyed.
Hoping there is a simple fix.
Many thanks,
Kat

MemberHi Kat!
I’m sorry to hear you’ve been impacted by this issue. I can confirm it is indeed a bug on our end.
The good news is we have already shipped a new release of The Events Calendar to fix it.
Find out more about this release → https://theeventscalendar.com/announcing-the-events-calendar-4-6-22-1-and-community-events-4-5-13-1/
Please update your plugins and let us know if the fix works for your site.
As always, we suggest to setup a dev/staging site so you can make all plugin updates without disrupting the live site.

ParticipantSorry…that was my fault…I had neglected to clear the cache after the plugin update. Had it fixed in a moment! All is well.
Thanks!
