Drop Down Menus Don't Work

When I edit or add a new event, the drop down menus to enter information such as the venue or the organizer, do not work. A small “x” appears over the arrow of the drop down menu.

I’m sorry to hear you’re having issues when adding or editing events. I will try to help figure out what the problem is.

Before we continue, can you please go through the steps in our guide on testing for conflicts to rule out a theme or plugin conflict?

Also make sure that all of the Events Calendar plugins are updated to the latest version.

I cannot change the theme of my website. It is currently the BBI Press-Base Theme.

Another option would be to put the site temporarily in maintenance mode for a few minutes while you check for conflicts. https://wordpress.org/plugins/lj-maintenance-mode/
