Downloads not showing up after buying Pro, Filters, and EDD

Hello,

We have purchased Events Calendar Pro, Filters, and EDD Tickets, but the only email we got was the PayPal receipt for each transaction with no download link. In our account it shows no downloads and no licenses. We need help using the plugins we have purchased ASAP because we need to install them today. We sent an email when we first noticed the issue but have not received a response. Thanks in advance for your help.

Sorry for the issues. I saw reports of PayPal having issues, which maybe the cause of this.

Then we can sort out the purchases and downloads.

I am double checking on this and it looks like the orders are complete now and showing up in our system as paid.
