Downloadable tickets in My Account

Hi there,

we recently bought Events Calender Pro & Tickets Plus. Our customers buy tickets months in advance and often times forget to print them / delete the email with their ticket. Is there a way to integrate downloadable tickets in WooCommerc’s ‘My Account’?
Do you have any other solution to make the ticket available to the customer (besides manually resending the ticket e-mail from the backend)?

Hi Ingo. Thanks for your question. I think this is a practical idea. It’s not a current feature, and I didn’t find that as an existing feature request at our plugins’ UserVoice page, so please do add your feature request there.

This allows others who are interested in that feature to easily voice their support. We frequently review suggestions there to find out which ones are popular, then we implement as many of them as we can.

Once you post it, feel free to link to it from here in case anyone comes across this forum thread in the future.

If you want it now (without waiting through our feature request timeline, which can be a long while) and some coding help, you may want to ask your developer or reference our list of known customizers.
