Christopher
ParticipantGood afternoon,
In a past post I saw where I could download some extra code to add a link on the My Account page of my store to allow my clients to view and print their purchased tickets. My event is coming up and I want to send out a blast letting them know if they misplaced their original email with tickets or did not get it at all they can login to view and print them manually. Your post link is now dead. Can someone let me know where this code is? I just updated all 4 versions of the plugins hoping that it was added to the core code of either Event Tickets or Event Tickets Plus but I did not see it. I also posted this question in the general support forum so it can be closed and or deleted from that forum.
My current plugin versions are;
The Events Calendar – 4.4.5
The Events Calendar PRO – 4.4.5
Event Tickets – 4.4.5
Event Tickets Plus – 4.4.4Thanks so much, Chris

ParticipantI forgot to mention that I am using event Tickets with WooCommerce so I am referencing the WooCommerce My Account page. That being said I don’t really care where the page is where my customers go as long as they can view and print their tickets via my site.
Thanks again

ParticipantThis is just a follow up to my post. Does anyone have options or the original code? I really need to be able to offer my customers the ability to view and download their tickets prior to my event in 3 weeks.
Thanks so much, Chris

MemberGood evening Christopher and welcome to the Events Calendar Support forum!
First off, I would like to apologize for the delay answering.
We are currently experiencing a higher level of requests than usual. Please rest assured that we are working hard at correcting this situation.
We appreciate your patience while we try to normalize things.Thank you for reaching out to us.
I would love to help you with this topic.I believe this extension is currently under review.
In other words, I cannot guarantee it’s proper compatibility with the latest versions of our plugins. This means that you might have to downgrade a few things to be able to use it properly.
I recommend reading the following: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/downgrading-plugin-past-version/
The good news is that it should be re-added in our extensions library as soon as it’ been vetted again.
But for now, at your own risk, here is a copy of the latest version: https://theeventscalendar.com/content/uploads/2016/12/tribe-ext-view-tickets.zip
Let me know how that goes.
Best regards,

ParticipantThanks so much. One last question. Where do I place these files on my server?
