I am trying to update the Events Calendar Pro plugin and am getting this error:

Download failed. cURL error 61: Unrecognized content encoding type. libcurl understands deflate, gzip content encodings.

Hi Dale,

I’m sorry the automatic update isn’t working for you…we have had a few other users reporting this same issue and are currently looking into what might be causing it.

In the meantime, you should be able to update manually by following these instructions. Please let me know if this works!
