Look for “Installing Your Purchased Plugin”.

ParticipantThank you, I will try it. You see our website was created by a man who can no longer help me. Our account for your plugin is in his name and password. He told me to create a new account. I did but could not use the church’s username because it was taken so I had to create a new user name. I think that’s why it wouldn’t download to the church’s site but into my computer instead. We had a program but it needed to be renewed. He told me to buy a new one in my name. Just a matter of my not knowing what to do. Marilyn Vankat

I am sorry to hear that you were left to learn how to do this on your own. Yikes!
The good news is that even though it might be slightly scary at first, installing plugins and making the license you own is pretty straightforward once you get the hang of it.
The other good news is that we will gladly guide you through that process should you need assistance.
