    Hey there,

    I accidentally upgraded my Events Tickets Plus account to accommodate another website, only to realize I made a mistake. Can you please downgrade my account and provide a refund?

    Hi, Ryan.

    I processed the refund for Order #1263098

    I then deleted the Business-level license that was attached to 2 sites.

    I issued you a brand new Personal-level license, which you can obtain fromĀ https://theeventscalendar.com/license-keys/
