    I paid twice for the Event Tickets Plus plugin because the update notice is present in the admin. I wasn’t aware of the auto-renew that occurred a few days ago, so I went ahead and purchased it again. I would appreciate a refund for one of these instances. Also, some explanation on why the notice persists despite renewing the plugin.

    When I view your account, I see just the one license. Did you by chance make a 2nd login account with us? Or did you manage to get this resolved already?
