    Hi

    On this page: http://veerhuis.nogmeebezig.nl/event/test/

    I have a (dutch) event with a donation payment. However when i fill in more than 9 euro’s (f.i. € 10) this is not visible in the total amount just right, above the donate button.

    Please advice

    Hello Henk,

    I’m sorry to hear that you’re having issues with the donation display. I will try to help you get this sorted.

    Can you try temporarily switching to the Twenty Seventeen theme and disable all other plugins, and see if the issue is still there? If you don’t have a staging site, you can try the WP Staging plugin to quickly create one for testing.

    Let me know how that goes.

    Hi Sky,

    There is no need to deactivate anything on my website, because the issue is in donation screen running in an iframe, not the website. When viewing the donation screen outside the iframe the issue remains. Please check https://www.eventbrite.nl/tickets-external?eid=46223494717&ref=etckt&v=2 and fill in ’20’ for instance. Thank you.

    Thanks for the additional information. I looked at the Eventbrite link, and noticed something interesting. When the interface loads on a desktop screen, it works as it should. However, if I shrink my browser size down to mobile width and reload the page, it works incorrectly as you described.

    This is an issue with Eventbrite, and we have no control over how the iframe contents works. I’m going to see if we have a process for letting them know about any bugs in their platform, but in the meantime, you might try contacting them to see if this is something they are working on and if there is a workaround.
