Is it possible to add a donate option on top of the event cost? Which version works with paypal basic

It is unfortunately not possible to do this without some code customization; we cannot help with custom coding, but you should be able to add a donation button fairly easily using the methods in our Themer’s Guide here → https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/themers-guide/
